Everything about the new Travel Sling 2.0 is an improvement -- the extra hidden pouch, the locking strap buckle, the wire inside the cut-resistant strap...except the wire inside the strap seems permanently bent where folded for shipping, like new clothes with a permanent crease in the wrong place.
Does it affect the performance? No. Is it a tougher, better strap material? Yes. It just has seemingly permanent bends p in the strap. Maybe rolling it for shipping would eliminate the creases? Overall, I'm very happy and recommend it to friends.

I would like to have the option to have the side buckle on the other side for us lefties, plus the rear zipper access is blocked by the buckle.
